Communication

There are several ways to interact with the freebird:

direct serial communication using a terminal application
serial communication using the freebird graphical interface or matlab script.
Write setup to SD card, turn it on, turn it off, pull data off SD card

The most direct way to interact with the logger is with a serial terminal, whether using USB (which appears as a serial port), or the bluetooth link.

Commands are the same whether from the setup file on the SD card or from the serial terminal.
