  • Namespace: /gt_box/alphasense*
  • Runs fully on NUC
  • Unbayered images are stored during recording and raw_image_pipeline is not performing debayering.

Software

  • BringUp Package: bringup_alphasense
  • Camera calibration for CameraInfo is loaded in via box_calibration
  • Background service needed: box_configuration/nuc/alphasense_optimize_network.service
  • Installation by following Alphasense Documentation

Mounting Tutorial

Lock-tight at first the nut against the Alphasense Research Housing. Then lock-tight the the back nut - While doing this push the camera up as much as possible. Be careful with the orientation of each camera. Then mount the Holder against the Box housing. Here push the camera to the front as much as possible. We used roughly 1Nm torque.

The cabels when plugin in are extremly sensitve. Apply no force and make sure all individual lines are in a good shape.
