At the start of the meeting, Mike spent some time discussing the status of the To Do column.

• Look at "By assignee" tab on project board to check your assignments
• A couple of people have dozens of things assigned; try to flatten out the list somewhat
• Those with too many assignments, maybe unassigne yourself from things of least interest
• Also check unassigned issues for anything of interest to you
• Maybe try to get things assigned to you completed by end of summer?
